Owen's Birthday and Easter

We celebrated Owen's 4th birthday by having a party for his freinds and cake of course.  We had orginally planned on spending a day down at the zoo, but when we asked Owen what he wanted, he insisted on having a party with "all my pre-school buddies".  The weather was great so our plans for an egg hunt were on schedule.

The egg hunt

This year, the kids did 3 or 4 egg hunts.  The picture below is of me dressing up as the Easter Bunny for the Parks and Rec Easter egg hunt.  We told the kids that Dad is freinds with the Easter Bunny and he lets Dad dress like him.  Owen told me to tell the Easter Bunny that he had been behaving.  Ella just hugged my leg and stared at me.  I had just finished taking my first Ortho test so I was completely exhausted, but it was a lot of fun.
